Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Lawn Technician assists in providing expert lawn care services on residential and commercial properties. As a certified technician, you work independent in a company provided vehicle and operate a Z-Sprayer machine to apply fertilization and weed control in a designated route. Essential Duties & Task:

Lawn fertilization, weed/pest control and aeration Apply granular fertilization and pesticide application to customer's lawns according to state regulations. Evaluate lawns on each visit and note any issues or concerns; diagnose disease, inspect problems, or other issues. Keep detailed notes about every visit. Communicate with office about any issues in the field. Educate customer on best practices, products used, and results by delivering exceptional customer service. Keep customers up-to-date on their lawn care program. Safely and properly operate lawn equipment. Responsible for maintaining company vehicles. Manage designated route and territory Drives all non-CDL vehicles and performs (un)loading of equipment and materials Drives company vehicles and operates other necessary equipment a assigned. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Lawn care industry; however, experience is not required as we provide on the job and training and certification.
