Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care / Landscape Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is eager to learn landscape installation and maintenance techniques. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. This position involves working on residential and commercial properties to create and maintain attractive, healthy, and well-maintained outdoor spaces. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities (This list is not all-inclusive) Landscape Maintenance Mow, edge, and trim lawns Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth Weed and maintain landscape beds Perform seasonal cleanups, including spring and fall cleanups Assist with snow removal services during winter months Landscape Installation Construct hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass Install sod or artificial turf Lay mulch, gravel, and decorative stones Equipment Operation & Maintenance Safely operate landscaping equipment and machinery including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, compactors, and other tools Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred Knowledge of lawn care and groundskeeping practices preferred Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials as needed Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation required Join our team and help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients!
