The ideal candidate will possess a passion for outdoor work and have a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role requires hands-on experience with various landscaping tasks, including tree care, hardscaping, and groundskeeping. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy and attractive lawns. Utilize power tools and equipment effectively for tasks including digging, planting, and landscape installation. Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper care techniques are applied. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Implement hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls as needed. Provide tree care services including pruning, fertilization, and pest management. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced to ensure optimal performance. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
