This position offers a flexible schedule of 2-5 days per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values independence, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Compensation Starting pay:

$23 per hour Paid training Minnesota Department of Agriculture licensing paid by the company What You'll Do Apply professional lawn fertilization and weed control treatments Operate company equipment safely and efficiently Deliver outstanding service and attention to detail on every property Communicate professionally with customers and team members Manage daily routes and work independently Use a smartphone for routing, job tracking, and communication Represent JLC Turf Services in a professional manner What We're Looking For Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Enjoys working outdoors and independently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to obtain a Minnesota Department of Agriculture Applicator License (training and testing paid by JLC Turf Services) Comfortable using a smartphone and basic technology Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Schedule Flexible part-time schedule: 2-5 days per week Additional hours available during peak periods Seasonal position with weather-dependent scheduling Why Work for JLC Turf Services?
