Key Responsibilities:

Perform fertilization and weed control applications on residential and commercial properties. Operate and maintain application equipment safely and effectively Follow industry regulations and best practices for fertilization and weed control Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Assist with general lawn care duties as needed, including mowing (previous experience preferred but not necessary)

Qualifications:

Applicators License is required Minimum of 1 year of experience in fertilization and weed control Knowledge of fertilizer and chemical application techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
