East West Property Management is hiring a Lawn & Snow Care Team Lead to run our crews in the field across the Twin Ports portfolio. This is the person who makes sure the mowing is sharp in July and the parking lots are clear at 6 a.m. in January. You'll lead small teams, hit quality and production targets, and keep the equipment running. What you'll do Lead lawn care and snow removal crews day to day across our property portfolio Own quota and quality across the route Maintain and troubleshoot equipment — mowers, trimmers, blowers, plows, snowblowers, skid steers Train crew members on technique, safety, and equipment Coordinate with property managers on priorities and storm response What we're looking for Real experience in commercial lawn care and/or snow removal — ideally both Prior crew lead, foreman, or equivalent experience Strong equipment sense — you can diagnose why a mower's cutting bad or a plow's not dropping Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (trailer experience a plus) Able to pass an MN BCA background check Must be willing to participate in on-call storm events What we offer $22-$28/hour based on experience Storm-event premium pay Year-round, full-time work — lawn season flows into snow season Health, dental, vision, PTO Growth opportunity in a diversified company (Gray Duck Companies) Apply today.
