Full Job Description Job Summary :
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as lawn technicians. This full-time, fast paced position involves year-round responsibilities in lawn care, tree care, groundskeeping, and snow removal. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. Must be
  • 18 years and older.
$19.00+ per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities :
  • Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, spring and fall clean-ups during the appropriate seasons
  • Conduct tree care activities including trimming and tree maintenance
  • Assist in groundskeeping duties to maintain the overall appearance of outdoor spaces
  • Engage in snow removal operations and shop maintenance during winter months
Requirements :
  • Experience in commercial lawn care or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results
  • Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Valid driver's license if operating company vehicles
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Knowledge of lawn maintenance practices is an advantage
  • Reliable transportation to and from company location
  • Appropriate outerwear for the elements
