The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care, mowing, shrub trimming, seasonal cleanups and overall property maintenance, ensuring that our clients' lawns and landscape are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Duties Perform regular lawn care activities including, but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, lawn and landscape clean ups, shrub trimming, and low branch pruning. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks.. May assist in building landscape features such as landscape beds, pathways, or retaining walls. Carry out general groundskeeping duties to keep properties clean and tidy. Monitor the health of plants and grass, identifying any issues that require attention. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Skills Proficiency in using power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers. Mechanical knowledge for maintaining equipment in good working order. Willingness to develop familiarity with groundskeeping best practices to enhance property appearance.
