The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, specifically commercial mowing. This role involves using various tools and equipment to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Availability to work until Thanksgiving preferred. Commercial turf maintenance experience strongly preferred. Duties Perform mowing and string trimming at a professional and commercial level (this is NOT the same as mowing your backyard). Maintain equipment in good working condition, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues. Ensure safety protocols are followed while operating tools and machinery on-site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time . Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools after use. Requirements Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Proficiency using lawn mowers and string trimmers to commercial and professional quality standards. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs on equipment is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Must have a valid drivers license, and be at least 16 years old.
