Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or grounds-keeping is helpful. Knowledge of landscape/horticulture plants, systems and procedures. Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in the landscape and lawn care industry. Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as: trucks, mowers, pruners, tractors, skid-steers etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. A positive attitude that supports our team's overall mission and core values. Duties Record and maintain appropriate records for daily activities. Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles. Maintain a clean and safe job site and assist in keeping an orderly and stocked equipment trailer.
