Columbia, MO Pay:

$17-20 per hour (based on experience)

Hours:

15-30 hours/week (flexible) J Bond's Lawn Care is seeking a dependable, skilled Zero-Turn Lawn Specialist to deliver premium residential lawn services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, follows directions carefully, and takes satisfaction in leaving properties pristine, safe, and professional.

Schedule:

Part-time position with 15-30 hours per week Monday-Friday during daytime hours Occasional additional hours as needed

Responsibilities:

• Operating zero-turn mowers for residential lawn maintenance
• Navigating varied terrain, including slopes and uneven or hilly areas
• Performing trimming, edging, and blowing of lawns, walkways, patios, and landscaped areas
• Ensuring job-site cleanup meets company standards
• Safely loading, unloading, and operating lawn care equipment
• Driving company truck and trailer as required

Requirements:

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on zero-turn mower experience
• Comfortable operating zero-turn mowers on all terrain types, including hills and uneven surfaces
• Valid driver's license
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical capability to meet the demands of outdoor lawn care work
• Background check and driving record review conducted after offer
