Must be comfortable working independently and within a team environment. Supports overall company culture. Top Essential Responsibilities Manages Turf Care application schedule Provide all Turf Care applications Maintains and logs all required paperwork per USDA regulations Manages product supplies Maintains continuing education for applicator license Additional Responsibilities Provides a proactive approach to turf care Assist Director of Landcare Operations as requested with Landcare Services Maintain and calibrate equipment for application Support Snow & Ice Management Services Requirements High School diploma required College degree preferred Active Applicators license Turf Care knowledge of diseases, pest, and treatments Proven ability to sell profitable turf care services Possesses a positive, outgoing attitude and personality 5+ years of experience Excellent computer & communication skills, both oral and written Strong math aptitude is a must Required Team Meetings Bi-Weekly 1on1 with Director of Landcare Operations Weekly Huddles Monthly Training Sessions Monthly One Team Meeting Detailed Top Essential Responsibilities Manages Turf Care application schedule Communicates application schedule to clients Provides all Turf Care applications Maintains and logs all required paperwork per USDA regulations Follows all laws and requirements Stays up to date with regulations Manages product supplies Tracks inventory needed for all Turf Care services Communicates with Director of Landcare Operations for ordering needs Maintains continuing education for applicator license Does all required continuing education & training to keep an active license Team requirements Always take pride in your work Support all Team Members Wear Timberline gear with pride Attend company events Engage, post, and support our Team on
