Job Description
Dowco is a woman-owned lawn care and landscape maintenance company serving St. Louis County since 1986.Dowco Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an experienced Commercial Lawn Care Applicator to join our lawn care team. This is a hands-on field position for someone who understands turf care, takes pride in quality work, and can independently manage an application route. We are looking for a skilled tradesperson, not necessarily a manager.
Qualifications At least two years of professional lawn care application experience Missouri Category 3 Ornamental and Turf Pest Control Applicator License, Knowledge of common weeds and turf conditions Valid driver's license and safe driving record Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Opportunities for advancement Safety equipment provided Ongoing training Responsibilities Apply fertilizers and weed-control treatments to commercial and residential properties Identify weeds, turf issues, and lawn health concerns Mix, load, and apply products according to labels and safety requirements Maintain accurate application records Communicate professionally with clients and team members Care for assigned equipment and report maintenance needs Dowco is a woman-owned lawn care and landscape maintenance company serving St. Louis County since 1986.
