As a Spray Technician, you will be instrumental in applying treatments safely and effectively to landscapes while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry. Duties Assist with the preparation and mixing of spray solutions using appropriate hand tools and power tools under supervision. Safely operate equipment and vehicle to reach job sites efficiently. Apply pest control products, fertilizers, or herbicides to designated areas following safety protocols and instructions. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and spray systems to ensure proper functioning before application. Support the setup of spraying equipment at various job sites, ensuring accurate coverage and adherence to safety standards. Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, locations serviced, and equipment used for compliance purposes. Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Skills Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and the like is a plus but not required—training will be provided. Strong attention to detail to ensure precise application of products and adherence to safety procedures. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team in outdoor environments. Good driving skills; valid driver's license required for operating company vehicles or equipment. Interest or experience in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to learn about best grass practices and environmental safety standards. Physical stamina for outdoor work involving walking, lifting, bending, and operating equipment throughout the day.
