Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various treatments to residential and commercial properties. This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience . The Spray Technician/Turf Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our services while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. NC
pesticide license is a plus. Duties Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to designated areas using appropriate techniques and equipment. Conduct thorough inspections of landscapes to identify pest issues and determine treatment plans. Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and efficiently. Collaborate with clients to provide recommendations on lawn care and landscape maintenance. Document all treatments performed, including materials used and areas treated, for record-keeping purposes. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties. Assist in training new staff members on proper spraying techniques and equipment handling. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control methods and landscape management practices. Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols during application processes. Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license is necessary for transportation between job sites.
