Landscaping Crew Member / Lawn Care Technician (Equipment Owner Preferred)

We are hiring a reliable Landscaping Crew Member to join our lawn care team. This role involves lawn maintenance work including mowing, weed eating, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties. We are especially looking for someone who owns their own zero-turn mower and trailer and is able to operate independently or assist with crew operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate a zero-turn mower (required or preferred if owned) Weed eat around fences, trees, and structures Edge sidewalks, driveways, and beds Use blower to clean up job sites Maintain clean and professional-looking properties Assist with loading/unloading equipment if needed Follow instructions and work efficiently with a crew

Requirements:

Must be able to operate a zero-turn mower Own zero-turn mower and trailer preferred (strong advantage) Experience with weed eating, edging, and blowing Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to work outdoors full shifts Ability to work independently or with a crew

Pay:

$18-$30 per hour depending on experience and equipmentor $200-$400 per day for equipment owners
