- Do not apply if you have no experience please. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. This role involves applying pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments to various landscapes and agricultural settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pest control methods, experience with hand and power tools, and a passion for maintaining healthy environments. As a Spray Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our services while providing excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Apply pesticides and herbicides according to safety regulations and company standards. Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools used in spraying applications. Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including products used and areas treated. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Educate clients on pest control methods, lawn care practices, and landscape maintenance. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites. Experience Previous experience in pest control or lawn care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is essential. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques is a plus. Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services to clients. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
