Seasonal Pay:

$18-$25/hour + bonuses (Competitive pay based on experience. Overtime opportunities available.) Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will maintain the health, beauty, and appearance of residential and/or commercial lawns and landscapes. You will use professional equipment and products to deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other treatments according to label instructions and company protocols Diagnose and treat common lawn issues such as weeds, diseases, and soil problems Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees; maintain flower beds and mulch areas Aerate, overseed, and repair lawns as needed Operate and maintain professional equipment (zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, sprayers, etc.) Provide excellent customer service, communicate with clients, and recommend additional services Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance (2+ years preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Knowledge of lawn care products, fertilizers, weed control chemicals (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and punctuality Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
