What You'll Do Apply lawn care treatments to residential properties Work outdoors daily in a physically active role Operate equipment and learn industry techniques Provide excellent customer service while on-site Work independently while staying connected with the team Represent the company with professionalism and care What We're Looking For Enjoy working outdoors and being physically active Comfortable working independently Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow Basic math and technology skills Customer-focused mindset

Requirements:
