Lawn Spray Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a want to learn pest control, lawn care, and landscape management. This role involves applying various treatments to ensure the health and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. The Spray Technician will utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to perform tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to lawns, gardens, and landscapes according to safety regulations and company standards. Operate and maintain machinery and power tools necessary for spraying applications. Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including product usage and customer interactions. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding services provided. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in pest control or lawn care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in sales conversations with clients. Knowledge of landscape management practices is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. more than 3 moving violations makes you uninsurable with our insurance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
