Position Overview:

As a Lawn and Pest Technician , you'll deliver 5-star customer service while performing initial pest control treatments for new customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Perform indoor and outdoor pest control applications with precision. ✔ Educate customers on service benefits and provide outstanding support. ✔ Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate records, and communicate with office staff. ✔ Keep equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in top condition.

Qualifications:

✔ 1+ years of Lawn or Pest Control Technician service (preferred). ✔ Valid driver's license (must meet insurance standards). ✔ 21+ years old and eligible for state pest control licensing (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits:

$17.00 - $22.00/hr + additional earnings opportunities Paid sick leave, vacation, & 10 company-paid holidays Discounted pest control services

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling in tight spaces. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Exposure to chemicals, pests, and structural hazards (safety gear provided).
