Our training will help you prepare to be the best lawn maintenance tech in the state and give you the skills to thrive in the marketplace. We hire people from lawn maintenance, landscaping, roofers, general labor, or anyone wanting to try something new. Here are some requirements Must be ready to work every morning you're scheduled. Well-groomed, and able to be well-spoken with clients. Valid Driver's License and clean record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Able to set up direct deposit paychecks to your savings or checking account on Quickbooks. Able to handle driving trucks, handle equipment, somewhat mechanically incline. Love working outdoors with a great eye for detail. Able to work on own without a lot of supervision. Do the right things when people aren't watching (have Tegrity). Work well with others. Ability to use smartphone or tablet
