Pesticide Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in areas such as pest control, lawn care, and plant care practices. The Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining our service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions. Duties Perform pest control services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Execute lawn care tasks including fertilization, and weed control to enhance the health of landscapes. Engage in landscaping projects, providing design input and executing installation tasks. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery effectively for various maintenance and repair tasks. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws. Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used for inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Requirements Experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, or landscaping is preferred. Familiarity with agricultural practices and the operation of farm machinery is highly desirable. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to maintenance tasks. Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license; experience driving larger vehicles is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
