Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Mowing Service Operator, where your expertise in landscape maintenance and lawn care will transform outdoor spaces into pristine, vibrant environments. In this role, you will operate a variety of power tools and landscaping equipment to ensure lawns, gardens, and hardscape areas are meticulously maintained. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help deliver exceptional results for our clients, contributing to the beauty and health of outdoor landscapes. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal with precision and efficiency Maintain and troubleshoot landscaping equipment such as excavators, hedge trimmers, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, tree care, and tree trimming to promote healthy growth Assist with hardscape projects like installing pathways or retaining walls using hand tools and construction techniques Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or snow removal during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Support gardening activities by planting new greenery, fertilizing lawns, and maintaining horticultural standards Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Experience Prior experience with lawn care or landscape maintenance is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, landscaping equipment, and small machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems is preferred Familiarity with gardening practices, horticulture principles, and tree care techniques will be advantageous Hands-on experience in construction or hardscape installation is a plus Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions Knowledge of snow plowing or snow removal procedures is beneficial for seasonal coverage Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality in outdoor maintenance tasks
