We specialize in all-electric lawn care, landscape maintenance, organic lawn treatments, and property cleanups throughout the Columbus area. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality service while creating a positive work environment for our crew. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, works well with a team, and wants to grow their skills in lawn care and landscaping. Responsibilities Perform all-electric mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties Complete landscape maintenance services including mulching, weeding, shrub trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups Assist with lawn renovations, overseeding, planting, and general property maintenance Apply organic lawn treatments that are safe for people and pets Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently Work with crews to complete scheduled routes and maintain high-quality standards Load, unload, and maintain equipment, trailers, and work vehicles Keep properties clean and professional after every service Assist with winter services including property cleanups, shrub trimming, debris removal, and snow-related work when available Requirements Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to lift, push, and perform physical labor throughout the workday Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced team Valid driver's license is preferred but not required Experience operating landscaping equipment is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent full-time seasonal hours Paid training and opportunities for growth Supportive team environment High-quality all-electric equipment Hands-on experience in lawn care, landscaping, and organic lawn treatments At Greenbeard Lawn Care, we value reliability, accountability, quality workmanship, and respect for both our customers and team members.
