Lawn Technician

Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and landscaping jobs for local customers. Operate vehicles such as trucks or trailers to transport equipment and materials between job sites. Assist with planting, pruning, aeration, and other landscaping activities to enhance property aesthetics. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools, performing basic maintenance or reporting repairs needed. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and team members. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscaping, is preferred but not required; we provide training! Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment is a plus. Ability to operate vehicles safely and possess a valid driver's license. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
