Position Details:

Summer & Fall Outlook Perform lawn care services for our customers (fertilizer, weed control, pest management, aerations, etc.) Quote & sell lawn care services in the field Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by our coverage provider Willingness to obtain a Pesticide Applicator License (if needed). We assist you in this process. Freedom to manage your own route and really impact your own paycheck Winter & Spring Outlook Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn quotes Door-to-door community outreach, team format Establish strong communication skills needed to become a top performer during the Summer & Fall - leads to more income from sales commissions & bonuses Environmentally Focused Eco-friendly lawn care service Educate and advocate for a integrated pest management lawn care approach Community Focused We have been voted Top Workplaces in the USA, 3 years in a row!
