Spray Technician

WinnScapes, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Landscape Fertilization Applicator. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of properties including commercial and residential, performing duties such as, lawn fertilization applications, aerations, tree and shrub applications, and professional and polite interaction with the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the application of fertilizers, chemicals and overall beautification of the property. Willingness to participate in continuing education of industry standards. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity of work. Participate in the day to day work activities of a landscape crew Participate in preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. Participate in all snow removal activities.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of previous experience in application of fertilizer and other lawn sprays Valid Ohio Drivers license Willingness to advance knowledge in the lawn care industry by becoming certified with the Ohio Department of Agriculture Comfortable in working well with a team in a fast paced field environment. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly Work outdoors in various conditions Offered compensation: $20/hr - $24/hr Experience and License Requirements 1-3 years of previous experience in application of fertilizer and other lawn sprays Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly Driver's License - insurable
