Pandora, Ohio Classification:
Full-Time, Hourly Total annual earnings are based on experience, certifications, and hours worked. Position Summary The Agronomy Outside Associate supports day-to-day agronomy operations and works directly with customers to handle fertilizers, chemicals, seed, and other crop inputs. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory, supporting application activities, and ensuring equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Essential Responsibilities Assist with crop nutrient inventory management Support scheduling and coordination of toolbars and applicators Safely handle, mix, and load fertilizers, chemicals, and other agronomy products Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and general upkeep of agronomy equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe agronomy facilities Follow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and detailed instructions Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), squatting, twisting, and reaching overhead Adapt to changing business needs and seasonal demands Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Class A CDL required , ability to obtain; tanker and hazmat endorsements required Experience in agronomy operations and handling fertilizers/chemicals preferred Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Work Schedule & Requirements Typical schedule is Monday through Friday; overtime required as needed, especially during peak seasons Must pass pre employment physical/drug screen
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
