What You'll Do:

Apply lawn care treatments including fertilizer, weed control, and aerations Evaluate lawn health and recommend services Provide excellent customer service to homeowners Complete daily service routes safely and efficiently Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment Educate customers on lawn care solutions Identify additional service opportunities for customers

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong communication and customer service skills Lawn care of landscaping experience is helpful but not required Wiling to obtain a pesticide application license, training provided

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to walk several miles per day Driving (truck w/wo trailer, van, & forklift) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Requirements:

Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR (valid drivers license) Must comply with all company policies
