Lawn Care Technician

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced a​nd skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring that properties are well-kept and thriving. The Lawn Technician will work with various tools and equipment to perform essential landscaping tasks. Currently, this position will be from March-December however we are looking to bring back top performers to come and work in the following Spring. We pay based on experience with base pay starting at $15/hr. + Bonuses. We offer numerous different ways to obtain additional bonuses. Work week is Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:00pm. Saturdays may be needed in the case of bad weather. It is very rare we actually work a Saturday. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure a neat appearance. Lift over 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform mulch installations Regularly be using your hands, performing in all types of weather, getting on ladders, dealing with heights, ect. Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Skills Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, shrub trimming, and equipment maintenance. Experience with lawn care practices is a plus. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Basic understanding of landscape design principles to enhance outdoor spaces. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
