Lawn Technician

Mother Nature's Pest & Lawn - Tulsa, OK Mother Nature's Pest & Lawn has been serving the Tulsa area since 1979. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Lawn Technician to join our team. This position focuses on professional lawn applications including weed control, fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and flea & tick treatments. We are a locally owned company that values reliability, professionalism, and quality customer service. Responsibilities Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization and weed control Perform lawn applications such as pre-emergent, post-emergent, aeration, overseeding, and flea & tick treatments Diagnose common lawn issues including weeds, turf stress, and insect activity Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and recommendations Operate company vehicles and lawn application equipment safely Maintain accurate service records and route information Follow all safety procedures and label instructions Work independently while managing daily service routes efficiently Qualifications Lawn care, weed control, fertilization, or turf management experience Ability to identify common lawn weeds and turf issues is a plus Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and dependable Ability to pass a background check and drug test for this safety-sensitive position Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement Company vehicle provided during work hours Paid time off Health insurance options (if applicable) Stable, year-round company established in 1979 Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional seasonal overtime Apply Today If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to join a long-standing local company, we'd love to hear from you.
