Spray Technician

Your expertise will help clients achieve lush lawns, thriving crops, and pest-free spaces while ensuring safety and precision in every application. Prepare and calibrate spray equipment and sprayers to ensure optimal performance. Apply pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, or other treatments following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions. Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate treatment methods based on pest activity or plant health needs. Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, locations serviced, and materials used for compliance and reporting purposes. Operate vehicles such as trucks or utility vehicles safely to reach various job sites across different terrains. Inspect equipment regularly for maintenance needs or repairs to prevent downtime during scheduled applications. Follow all safety guidelines related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and environmental protection standards. Prior experience in sales, pest control and lawn care is highly desirable, not required. Familiarity with spray equipment is essential for efficient job performance, we will train you. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate vehicles safely in different conditions. Strong knowledge of pest control methods or agricultural practices is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy during application procedures. Willingness to learn new techniques related to spraying technology and environmental safety regulations.
