Job Description

Weed Man Lawn Care and Mosquito Hero in Mechanicsburg is hiring a Lawn & Pest Applicator. This year-round, outdoor role combines technical turf care, dedicated customer service, and on-site consultative selling to enhance client properties. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities Apply treatments: Administer fertilizer, weed control, and pest applications safely.
Consult clients:
Answer homeowner questions and evaluate lawns face-to-face.
Upsell services:
Identify property needs and recommend additional beneficial treatments to existing customers.
Promote products:
Present specialty add-on services directly to clients while on their property.
Provide service:
Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality interaction on every visit.
Manage routes:
Complete daily application schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Position Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Communication:
Strong oral, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.
Stamina:
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors 8-10 hours daily.
Mindset:
Customer-focused, results-oriented, and excellent at time management.
Experience:
Prior landscaping, laborer, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.
