Lawn Care Field Lead

GreenCat Mowing & Landscape is hiring a Lawn Care Field Lead for the 2026 season in the Murrysville, Delmont, and Greensburg areas. We service both residential and commercial properties and are a growing company looking to expand. This is a leadership role with the opportunity to run mowing routes, maintain quality standards, and lead team members in the field. What you'll be doing: Running mowing routes and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Operating commercial mowers (stand-on and walk-behind) Leading or assisting team members on route Creating clean stripes and cutting blade-to-blade on higher-end residential properties Maintaining consistent, high-quality results across all properties This role is primarily focused on lawn care, with occasional involvement in landscaping or excavation projects as needed. Schedule:
