Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to perform a variety of landscape maintenance and construction tasks. Your hands-on contributions will help create stunning gardens, lush lawns, and durable hardscape features that clients will enjoy for years to come. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape installation, and outdoor project management while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to maintain healthy turf. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, tree trimming, planting, mulching, and irrigation system installation or repair. Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers, saws, etc) safely and efficiently to complete daily assignments. Support landscape installation projects by working with hardscape elements like pavers, retaining walls, and patios. Use machinery such as excavators or skid steers for site preparation or material transport under supervision. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal performance. Follow safety protocols at all times while working outdoors in various weather conditions and on construction sites. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Basic mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment and power tools is preferred. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including pruning, equipment operation, and plant healthcare techniques is a plus. Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is preferred. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork.
