The right candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and have a positive attitude when working with customers and team members. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems Perform spring startups, mid-season checks, and winterizations Lead or assist crews in completing daily work efficiently and safely Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers Maintain a clean and professional appearance and work vehicle Run machine and job sites for full sprinkler installs Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in the irrigation or landscaping trade Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Leadership experience (for Foreman role preferred)
