Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance Technician and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, landscapes, and hardscape features, ensuring each property looks pristine and inviting. Your hands-on skills with landscaping, gardening, and power tools will help create vibrant outdoor environments that clients love. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in lawn care, tree trimming and irrigation systems while contributing to the aesthetic appeal of diverse properties. Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep lawns and landscapes healthy and attractive Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators for landscape installation and maintenance Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, aerating, and mulching Install and repair hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for properties Experience Prior experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools is highly desirable Familiarity with horticulture principles, gardening practices, and tree care techniques will set you apart Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently is essential Experience working with irrigation systems or in construction projects involving landscaping is a plus Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks and safety protocols Join us to cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces while honing your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and maintenance! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
