Lawn Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician and foreman /supervisor/crew leader to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor maintenance, possess mechanical knowledge, and be skilled in various lawn and landscape care techniques. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties through comprehensive lawn and landscape services, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming using power tools and hand tools Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, and tree trimming Operate equipment such as excavators, irrigation systems, and machinery as needed Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls Assist with gardening activities like planting flowers, shrubs, and trees Conduct routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operation of landscaping tools and machinery Support construction projects related to landscape installation or renovation Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment (e.g., excavator) required Knowledge of horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is a plus Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy equipment or materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation or transportation purposes This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work and landscape maintenance to develop their skills within a professional environment.
