Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Ranch Hand experience.
• Experience with communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Handle tools and equipment in varied outdoor conditions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Additional Info:

The seasonal Ranch team members will be part of the support system that keeps the Ranch running smoothly. This role will maintain and build various projects for the Ranch. You can expect to work 40 hours per week (4-5 days depending on the job). We are looking for two experienced Ranch Hands who can be a jack of all trades. This role is ideal for skilled workers who take pride in hands-on craftsmanship, enjoy wide-open spaces, and thrive in a high-desert environment.

Duties:

• General maintenance including the upkeep and function of vehicles, tools, roads, trails, and ranch equipment
• Repair fences, birdhouses, barns, gates, and outbuildings and light construction
• Landscaping includes lawn and pasture upkeep, brush clearing, and fire prevention preparations
• Paint and clean buildings, fences, and other items
• Operation of retreat vehicles and equipment including rangers, trucks, etc.
