Job Description

Natural Resource Technician Travelers Rest, SC 29690 From $14 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Full-time From $14 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Full-time Our Natural Resource Technician is responsible for maintaining the grounds around camp in a manner that is efficient and brings attention to the beautiful grounds that the ministry has been blessed with.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience (professional or personal) mowing, weed whacking, and blowing leaves Experience (professional or personal) with landscaping and land management practices (fertilizing, successive plantings, pruning, invasive removals, drainage/erosion control) Familiarity with/willingness to utilize professional documentation and communication software (Google, mapping software, basecamp, etc.) Valid license (for driving company vehicles on and off campus) "Ideal"
Requirements:
Certification/shop experience in chainsaw operation, maintenance, and safety First Aid and Cpr (even better if wilderness first aid and cpr for trail work injuries) Experience with boats and able to swim, comfort working in/around water and wetlands Experience operating heavy machinery (skid steer, excavator, etc.)
