Job Description
Benson's Lawn & Landscaping is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn & Landscape Laborer to assist with a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to quality work. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod. Spread mulch, rock, and other landscape materials. Perform seasonal cleanups, including spring and fall services. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain clean and professional job sites. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients. Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license preferred. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, walking, and standing. Ability to work in heat, cold, wind, and other outdoor conditions. Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and tools. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. $18-$24/hour Overtime opportunities. Monday- Friday, No weekends On-the-job training.
