Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our team as a W-2 employee. We are a "premium quality" service provider, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a local company.
Pay Range:
$17.14
  • $27.
38 per hour (DOE)
The Requirements:
Must provide your own equipment: You are responsible for having your own reliable mowers, trimmers, blowers, and necessary hand tools.
Reliable Transportation:
You must have a way to transport your equipment to various job sites throughout the day.
Visual Documentation:
You are required to take "before, during, and after" photos and videos of every job site to ensure our quality standards are met.
Work Ethic:
Strong physical stamina and a commitment to being on time and professional every day.
Premium Incentives & Performance Bonuses:
We believe in rewarding the hustle. In addition to your hourly pay, we offer a tiered bonus structure based on the recurring route: The 20-
Property Milestone:
Once you hit 20 recurring lawns, you receive a cash bonus, a $50 gas card, and a dinner bonus. The "Power 10"
Tiers:
For every 10 additional recurring lawns added to your route after the first 20, your cash bonus increases.
Monthly Growth Accelerator:
If you help scale the route by adding 15-20+ new recurring properties in a single month, you qualify for our Premium Monthly Bonus—our largest performance payout. Why Join Our Team?
