Lawn Care technician

Responsibilities Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure well-manicured lawns and landscapes. Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and hoes for planting, pruning, and landscape maintenance. Use power tools including trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws safely and effectively. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments. Assist with landscape installation projects such as planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features like patios or walkways. Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, or removal using appropriate equipment like excavators or cranes when necessary. Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal operation. Follow safety protocols at all times while working with machinery like excavators or power tools. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional landscape maintenance services that meet client expectations. Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping is required for the starting pay at $18 per hour training will be provided for motivated candidates. Mechanical knowledge related to operating lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic garden care practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy materials, or operating machinery like excavators when needed.
