Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power tools. Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy, attractive turf. Maintain existing landscapes through pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system installation and repair, and general horticultural care. Operate construction equipment like excavators and other machinery safely for hardscape projects such as patios or walkways.. Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks including weed control, mulching, and soil preparation. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols to ensure quality work. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture. Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong work ethic with the physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor labor for extended periods. Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and general construction practices is desirable.
