This position is responsible for performing professional lawn care applications, including fertilization, weed control, and other turf health treatments for residential and commercial properties.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing excellent service and quality results. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care treatments safely and accurately. Inspect turf areas and identify weeds, pests, disease, and nutrient deficiencies. Follow application schedules and service routes efficiently. Communicate with customers in a professional and helpful manner. Complete service reports, application records, and required documentation. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and materials in a clean and safe condition. Follow all safety procedures and state regulations for chemical applications. Work with management to help improve turf health and customer satisfaction. Requirements Experience in lawn care, chemical applications, turf management, for 3 plus years Applicator license preferred, but not required . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication and customer service skills. Must be dependable, professional, and safety-focused.
