Mower/Landscaper

Lawn Care Crew Member Green Horizon Lawns is looking for reliable and motivated crew members to join our growing team. We provide professional lawn care services throughout Lubbock with a strong focus on quality, presentation, and customer experience. This position involves lawn mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, and occasional door-to-door flyer distribution in neighborhoods we service. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, work efficiently, and take pride in keeping properties looking clean and professional. Previous lawn care or mowing experience is preferred. We are not looking to fully train from the ground up, so applicants should have at least basic experience operating lawn care equipment. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely and efficiently Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup services Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining quality standards Assist with distributing door hangers/flyers in targeted neighborhoods when needed Help maintain and care for company equipment and trailers Requirements Previous lawn care or mowing experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Must be dependable and show up on time Pay Compensation is performance-based and tied to completed properties and route productivity. Most crew members earn the equivalent of approximately $18-$25+ per hour depending on efficiency, reliability, and route volume. We are building a professional, long-term lawn care brand and are looking for team members who want to grow with us.
