About Us Marvelous Gardens Inc. is a fast-growing lawn care and landscaping company based in Port Lavaca, Texas. We're looking for qualified, hard-working individuals who are excited about being part of a growing team and look forward to building a career with us. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and thrive in a team environment — we want to hear from you. We currently have openings in our Lawn Spray and Fertilization Division . Job Responsibilities Operate spray trucks, tank sprayers, and backpack sprayers to apply chemicals safely and accurately in the field Apply fertilizers and pesticides to client properties as directed by your Route Manager Identify and report field problems or property concerns observed during daily rounds Maintain accurate chemical application records and comply with all applicable standards Deliver exceptional customer service during any direct client interaction Ensure all company equipment is properly operated, maintained, and protected at all times Uphold a safe working environment for employees, customers, and the general public Required Skills & Qualifications Self-Motivated & Dependable This is a highly independent position. We need team members who stay on task, manage their time well, and maintain consistent communication with their Route Manager to ensure all scheduled work is completed each day. Customer Service While daily client interaction is not required, customers may approach you on-site. You'll be expected to engage in a friendly, professional manner and represent Marvelous Gardens with pride. Strong Communication You must be able to read and interpret work orders and application instructions, document job details accurately for each property, and relay important information to your Route Manager clearly and promptly. Physical Stamina This is a physically demanding role. You will regularly lift and move items up to 60 lbs and transition between different equipment and work areas throughout each shift.
