Job Summary We are hiring a dependable Lawn Service Technician to assist with residential and commercial property maintenance. This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours and opportunities for growth based on performance. Key Responsibilities Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, and trimming Conduct pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces Rake leaves and remove debris from properties Use blowers to clean walkways and job sites Perform general property maintenance and cleanup Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation Follow company standards for quality and efficiency Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus but not required Schedule Monday through Friday 15 to 25 hours per week Typical start time around 8:00 AM (varies by workload) Compensation & Benefits $15.00 per hour starting pay Bonus potential based on performance Holiday pay Opportunity for advancement into full-time or leadership roles How to Apply Apply by sending your name, phone number, and relevant experience to: info@valorpropertyinc.com
