Landscape Laborer

Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or operating power tools, your contributions will help craft inviting environments that inspire and delight. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power equipment Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating lawns to maintain healthy turf Conduct landscape maintenance activities like pruning, tree trimming, hedge shaping, and seasonal clean-up Operate machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely for construction projects or winter weather response Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks, repairing components, and ensuring proper watering schedules Support hardscape projects by preparing surfaces, laying pavers or stonework, and installing features like patios or walkways Use hand tools and power tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols during all tasks Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Basic mechanical knowledge to operate equipment such as excavators and power tools confidently Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, and pest control Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including tree care and horticulture principles Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship Join us to develop your skills in landscaping while contributing to vibrant outdoor spaces!
